Hatton heading to Bristol for Butler's fight night

Ricky Hatton will be heading to Bristol tonight for the Hatton Promotions show at the Marriott City Centre Hotel.

The Hitman has promised an announcement soon about whether or not he will continue to fight following his second-round knockout defeat by Manny Pacquiao last month.

He will be attending a VIP reception for fans in Bristol before watching the boxing.

Bristol's Danny Butler will be topping the bill against Matt Scriven in a warm-up for his English title challenge in the autumn.

His stable-mate Pete Leworthy features in the chief supporting contest against Latvia's Pavels Senkovs at super featherweight, over four rounds.

The rest of the bill is: Martin Robins v Chris Brophy – light middleweight (6x2); Brock Cato v Peter McCauley – light middleweight (6x2); Damian Owen v Jason Nesbitt Lightweight (4x3).
