Bath City held to a goalless draw by battling Bromley
Despite having the bulk of possession against a defensively strong Bromley side, the hosts could not make the breakthrough.
The closest Bath came to breaking the deadlock was in the closing minutes of the match.
Gareth Williams had been wrong-footed by a Lewis Hogg cross, but the impressive goalkeeper still managed to turn Mike Perrott's header away.
City were soon back on the attack, but again Williams leapt acrobatically to turn a Stuart Douglas header over the crossbar and he then made a further save, this time from centre-back Chris Holland.
All the visitors' opportunities came through counter-attacks.
In the first half, Warren McBean twice went close but both times failed to beat Ryan Robinson in the City goal.
In the second period, it was substitute Marcus Cassius who provided the breakaway threat.
On one occasion, Cassius broke clear on goal but pushed the ball too far in front of him and Robinson, racing off his line, was able to clear the danger.
"I was pleased with everything but the scoreline," City manager Britton said.
"Our quartet in midfield dominated the game and kept play flowing. But where it broke down was in the final third. We failed to take our opportunities."
