Three arrested and weapon found in police firearms raid in York Street, St Werburghs

THREE men have been arrested following a police raid on a garage in St Werburghs this morning.

Several police cars and vans carrying officers swooped on A & M Motor Services in York Street earlier today to execture a warrant under the Firearms Act.

Officers wearing ballistic vests and blue gloves are currently searching the premises and vehicles.

People arriving at the garage with their vehicles were turned away.
