Mr Consistent – Tony Rixon – claimed his third set of perfect points in round three of his own series fished on all lakes at Landsend Fisheries, Wedmore.

The Avon Angling Centre manager long-poled both pellet and paste at John's 42, where he connected with an unbeatable 131-2-0 of carp to 12-0-0. Bathampton AA's Leon Hubbard finished second at Match 19, where he poled the same bait as the winner at 14 metres centre for 119-12-0 of carp to almost 9-0-0.

Meanwhile, at peg five on the opposite bank, Josh Garratt long-poled paste close to the end of the island and struggled to catch a similar 68-5-0. John Bradford weighed in the top silverfish catch with 33-2-0 of chub, taken from the far bank margins off Specimen 34 with caster.
