Second place went to the consistent Phil Terry, who fished the same size bait into the lakeside margins of peg 13 and weighed-in a similar 69-3-0 of carp to 6lb.

Bristol PSV rod Alan Healey set a new club match-weight record and clocked up the heaviest weight to come from Staunton Court so far this year.
He poled an 8mm pellet shallow at 14 metres off peg two and almost doubled the weight of his nearest challenger with a massive 223-14-0 haul of carp.
