Fourteen family homes are to be built on the former Dairy Crest depot at Parrys Lane, Stoke Bishop.

Bristol City Council has approved plans for the four and five-bedroom houses on the site, which has been derelict since 2011.

Jonathan Orton, Director of Origin3, which acted as planning agents and architects, said: "The bespoke architecture and high quality of the materials to be used will make this a fantastic new housing development that is an asset to the area."

No date has yet been finalised for the start of construction, but if any reader is interested the new homes, pictured right, contact the developer via the website www.sheppertonhomes.co.uk
