Top acts perform for huge crowds on seafront

UP to 50,000 people descended on Weston-super-Mare's seafront for the annual T4 on the Beach concert.

The huge crowds were entertained by a host of chart-topping acts, including Tulisa, The Wanted, Alexandra Burke and Little Mix.

The X Factor-winning girl band performed their debut single Wings for the first time at the spectacular event, screened live on Channel 4.

On a mostly dry and windy day yesterday, top acts performed throughout the afternoon until The Midnight Beast brought an end to the extravaganza at 4.55pm.
