THE patter of tiny claws is being heard at Bristol Zoo after a rare species was bred successfully for the first time in more than a decade.

Six healthy West African Dwarf Crocodiles have cracked open their eggs, the first time the reptiles have managed to breed at the Clifton attraction since October 2001.
