Yeovil Town's Ed Upson was a target for Bristol City
Former Bristol City boss Derek McInnes was targeting Yeovil Town midfielder Ed Upson according to sources at the Somerset club.
The Scot was monitoring the one-time Ipswich Town trainee and was considering tabling a formal bid for the 23-year-old, who has been a key figure in the Glovers' midfield this season.
