Bristol Aeroplane Company RFC have appointed former Bristol Rugby and Connacht player Darren Yapp to their coaching staff for the 2009-10 season.

Yapp, who played in both the back row and the centre during his professional career, is returning to the Gloucester Two side having played for the club as a youngster.

BAC reported back for pre-season training last month – and will be training at the BAWA on Southmead Road, Filton on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm.
