“Before anyone adds the inevitable 'It's not the dog, it's the owner' comment, may I just point out that the story is pretty clear that the dog did the biting not the owner. Pointless animals which just cause a multitude of anti-social issues, straying, defication, CO2 production, noise nuisence, disease (e.g Lyme's disease) and biting (12 postmen bitten per day on average, excluding strike days of course). Time we confined the unnatural and unnecessary practice of keeping these animals as pets to history so the quality of life for the majority of right thinking people is enhanced.”
