Win vouchers in North Somerset health drive
A scheme which encourages people across North Somerset to lead healthier and more active lifestyles is giving people the chance to win £50 of sports vouchers.
The Go4Life initiative aims to encourage adults over the age of 16 who take part in less than 90 minutes of physical activity a week to become more active and healthy.
Now the Go4Life reward card is offering people the chance to win £50 worth of vouchers from a sports shop of their choice.
All participants need to do to get started is pick up a reward card from their local leisure centre or library.
Once they have the reward card, they have to attend 12 physical activity sessions over the space of three months.
Sessions can vary as long as they are structured, and can include health walks, community run classes or any activity within a gym/leisure environment, such as swimming, badminton and squash.
People should then post their reward card in one of the specially marked post boxes at local leisure centres or libraries, or send it to the freepost address at the bottom of the card.
Everyone who returns the reward card will receive a Go4Life pack, including a free pedometer (subject to availability), and will be entered into a free prize draw to win £50 worth of vouchers from a sports shop of their choice.
The closing date is March 31 next year.
