Whirlwind tour showcases work of local housing provider
Priority neighbourhoods, community projects, rural development and urban regeneration – just some of the things that were showcased to a group of influential people during a whirlwind tour of South Gloucestershire recently.
Merlin's Resident Scrutiny Group joined its Board and senior staff on the society's first ever tour of its homes and communities last week.

New Chairman Andrew Frayling, talking to resident Janet Knight and three year old grandaughter Ellie, during the event.
Merlin's Operations Director Amanda Meanwell, said: "The tour provided an opportunity for these people to come together and actually see what we do on the ground and the work we're doing to invest in local communities.
"They saw a diverse range of the stock we own and heard about the challenges that come with managing such a large portfolio, all while getting to know us – and each other – better.
