Weston-super-Mare development Locking Parklands up for first-time buyer award
LOCKING Parklands, the mixed-use development built on the former RAF Locking site in Weston-super-Mare, has been named as one of the top sites in the UK for those searching for their first home.
Built by regeneration specialist St Modwen Homes, Locking Parklands has been short listed in the Best Large Development category of the national First-Time Buyer Awards.
More than 50 per cent of the homes asold so far at the development have been bought by those moving into their first home. What's more, 95 per cent of these first-time buyers have benefited from using one of the purchaser schemes made available by St Modwen Homes.

“Might be good for a first time buyers if u prepared to put up with a cowboy builder style place the houses have all got problems one had to have all windows and doors replaced and one house the celing fell through and when u get the builders come round they only do half a job disgusting”
