West football bosses must start fresh hunt for new recruits
Yeovil Town, Cheltenham Town and Swindon Town will all resume the hunt for new players when the emergency loan market reopens next Monday.
The January transfer window closed at 5pm last night with managers Russell Slade, Martin Allen and Danny Wilson unable to seal deals.

Andy Lindegaard has left Cheltenham on loan
Slade is happy with the general state of his squad but is still keen to add a striker.
"The window opens again on February 9 and we will still be looking to address that area of the pitch," he said. "Behind our frontmen I think we have got good back-up."
Swindon boss Wilson was working on two separate deals over the weekend, but both failed to materialise before the deadline.
The players – believed to have been a versatile and experienced defender/midfielder and a striker – could still arrive at the County Ground in the coming weeks.
Wilson said: "It has been a little bit frustrating but not really that unexpected.
"I am pleased we have managed to strengthen the key areas we had identified with the loan signings of Gordon Greer and Hal Robson-Kanu earlier in the window.
"We can still use the emergency loan system until March and I would think we will do something in that."
There were no further bids for star striker Simon Cox after the club rejected a £500,000 bid from Huddersfield Town earlier in the month.
"The only way he would have left would be if a club made an audacious bid that we really couldn't turn down," said Wilson.
Cheltenham boss Martin Allen missed out on Leicester City midfielder James Wesolowski when he joined Scottish Premier League side Dundee United on loan until the end of the season.
The Robins loaned full-back Andy Lindegaard to League Two side Aldershot for a month but failed to make any signings themselves.
Yeovil are due to travel to Crewe Alexandra tonight but the Railwaymen's manager Gudjon Thordarson believes "divine intervention" will be needed for the game to beat the snow.
Cheltenham's home game with Tranmere Rovers faces an 11am pitch inspection. But the prospects for Swindon's trip to Northampton Town are more optimistic.
Meanwhile, Yeovil's on-loan Swansea City midfielder Shaun MacDonald has been named in the Wales Under-21 international squad for next week's friendly in Northern Ireland.
