TOOLSTATION WESTERN LEAGUE: John Black's Bristol Manor Farm side showed they are back to their best by outplaying Wellington to win 5-2.

Boss Black said: "We were hit by injuries at the start of the season and are still without a couple of players, but today we played some great football and thoroughly deserved our victory."

They took a 20th-minute lead through Carl Rutter and the same player struck again 10 minutes later.

Manor Farm added a third five minutes after that when Luke Clark's corner was knocked down for Scott Feltham to score.

Clark then made it 4-0 before the interval after a goalmouth scramble.

Dan Dunt added a fifth midway through the second half before Wellington scored twice through John Bradford and Scott Holland.

James Billing cracked a first-half hat-trick for third-placed Welton Rovers as they won 3-2 at top-of-the- table Ilfracombe Town, who hit back with second-half goals from Shaun Lewis and James Mayne.

Hallen, who have games in hand on every other team in the league, gave a superb performance as they beat visiting Street 4-1.

Manager Gary Domone said: "For an hour we gave a great performance, but then we took our foot off the pedal."

Tom Collett gave Hallen a 25th- minute lead and 10 minutes later they added a second when a Collett corner was headed in by Ronnie Mowatt.

Justin Pritchard made it 3-0 and on the hour mark Andy Cook made it four.

Street scored an 88th-minute consolation through Jake Harris.

Bitton, who had to call on reserve goalkeeper Dan Langdon, were 2-0 down at home to Willand Rovers but eventually drew 3-3.

James Anderson and Carl Cliff-Brown got Willand on their way before James Clarke pulled a goal back.

Michael Meaker made it 2-2, only for Willand to re-take the lead through Dean Stamp.

However, Matt Knapman crashed home a superb 25-yard strike to earn Bitton a point.

Brislington returned to winning ways with a victory over visiting Bideford.

The home side took the lead on the hour when a Kye Mountford corner was flicked on for Lee Jefferies to tap in at the far post.

Brislington clinched victory with a second goal from Russ Church.

Longwell Green Sports stretched their unbeaten run to six games with a 1-0 victory at Radstock Town.

The goal came in the 87th minute when substitute Matt Allway crossed from the right for Dave Parnell to head in.

A poor defensive performance saw Bishop Sutton crash to a 4-0 defeat at Calne Town.

In Division One, Hengrove Athletic were 2-0 home winners over Minehead with goals from Ricky Clarke and Ben Crewe.
