Waste guide is dumped in South Gloucestershire beauty spot
A guide to recycling and reducing waste was among a pile of rubbish dumped in a South Gloucestershire beauty spot.
The document, produced by South Gloucestershire Council, was found with a quantity of books and other household rubbish in Bickley Woods, Hanham.
Names are in some of the books and it is thought they may have been dumped as part of a house clearance.
The council has cleared away the mess after being contacted by a member of the public and is investigating the incident.
It has a dedicated enviro-crime team in place to tackle cases of fly-tipping.
