Warmley keep perfect record
Warmley Rangers Under-12s maintained their 100 per cent record with a 3-1 away victory over Yate United in a cracking top-of-the-table Division I clash.
Both keepers, Cain Edwards and Liam Vaulters, made good saves in the opening period before the deadlock was broken. Jacob Sloggett played a great ball through to Liam Oswin, who outsprinted the Yate defence and lobbed the advancing keeper.

Yate equalised early in the second half but Warmley restored their lead when a high cross from the right by Ben Withey was met with a towering header by Macaulay White.
Yate fought hard to claw their way back but Warmley killed off their comeback hopes when another cross from the right, this time by Sloggett, was finished off by another fine White finish.
In Division II, Bromley Heath United won an entertaining encounter against Deerswood Youth 5-3.
Two goals apiece from James Malby and Greg Ward, plus a strike by Dion Buckley-Miles, put Bromley firmly in charge before Deerswood scored three goals to set up an exciting finale.
Coalpit Heath A came through a tough Division II clash at St Nicholas A with a 2-1 win.
The visitors took a deserved lead midway through the first half. Sam Bressington showed good persistence to win the ball and his cross-cum-shot was finished off well by Jacob Williams.
More Coalpit pressure paid off when the impressive Bressington struck with a low 25-yard shot that flew past the keeper.
The visitors were a constant threat during the first half but found a rejuvenated Saints side in determined mood after the break. Luke Burnell was forced to make a smart save, while Mitchell Smith, Matt Higgins and Alex Bennett-Ford produced some brave blocks before the home side finally broke through nine minutes from time.
In a tense finish, Saints committed more players to forward, leaving them vulnerable to the counter attack, but Coalpit held out.
Division V leaders Rockleaze Rangers collected another important three points with a comfortable 6-1 home win against Southmead CS.
Jai Jethwa (2), Sonny Williams (2), Cam Scott and Matt Faulkner struck the goals in a good team performance which saw Rockleaze register their ninth consecutive victory this year.
George Budd and Matthew Sledge continued their impressive form with assured and confident performances in defence and in supporting their front- runners, while Jethwa and Rob Yard were always threatening down the wings, getting in a number of telling crosses for hardworking forwards Callum Martin and Williams.
Bristol City JSC fought all the way before slipping to a 4-2 Under-15 Division I home defeat against DRG Stapleton.
Stapleton opened the scoring when a flowing move ended with Jamie Shambrook shooting home from the edge of the box. A few minutes later, they again broke away again and were awarded a penalty when Shambrook was brought down. Billy Deverill converted from the spot to put them firmly in charge.
City started the second half pressing hard but their hopes of a comeback were dealt a blow when Arnie Neil's shot from 40 yards gave the keeper no chance as Stapleton surged into a 3-0 lead.
City kept going and created a few chances, finally pulling one back with a fine strike and then scoring another from a corner to spark some concern in the Stapleton ranks.
It was away side who struck next, however, Joe Parker touching the ball in at the far post following a slick move to wrap up the win, although Luke Baker still had to pull off some outstanding saves to deny City more goals.
Having scored with a drop kick the length of the pitch the previous Sunday, Rockleaze Rangers goalkeeper Nick Adams completed a week to remember as his team picked up four points from two Under-15 Division III games against Bishopston United and Avon Athletic.
Adams pulled off a crucial penalty save in a 2-1 victory over Bishopston which saw Rockleaze fall behind to a Sam Baker header.
They rallied well after the break, however, and strikes from substitutes Jordan Lindo and Dale Barrett, his first goal for the club, sealed victory.
In another tight encounter, Avon Athletic appeared to have secured victory when dangerman Anthony Kelly burst clear of the defence to set up Mathu Hanson to score. But Rockleaze managed to stretch their unbeaten home record to 10 games when top scorer Ricky Wilson burst on to an incisive through ball from fellow striker Olly Rush to fire home a late equaliser and earn his side a 1-1 draw.
Four goals from Isaac Reid helped Bristol Central to an emphatic 8-1 away victory over Under-16 Division I leaders Shire Colts.
Tim Muga, Jabari McGozi, Dan Marshall and Ibes Diallo got the other goals for second-placed Central, while Marcus Colvin, Wayne Fletcher, Marcus Revill and Arron Green all turned in impressive performances..
