VIDEO:Dinosaurs roar back into action at Bristol Zoo
They're back - bigger and more realistic than ever. 11 huge new animatronic dinosaurs arrived at Bristol Zoo this morning ready for another season of DinoZoo.
T-Rex and Stegosaurus were some of the famous dinosaurs to arrive today. They were pushed, pulled and manoeuvred around the zoo - each model dwarfing the team hauling it into place. The dinosaurs, which were built in the USA, are brought to life using mechanical technology, hydraulics and animatronics.

Dr Bryan Carroll director of Bristol Zoo, said: "We're really thrilled to have a new set of dinosaurs here this year. Last year's DinoZoo was a great success with our guests, not only in allowing them the opportunity to get up close and personal to these extinct creatures, but also in taking them on a journey that started over 200 million years ago.’
Last year DinoZoo attracted more than 200 thousand people to the zoo. Here's a video of the dinosaurs in action last summer.
