Bradley Stoke's free fireworks still on horizon
The Clifton Downs' fireworks may have been scrapped this year, but the Bradley Stoke Town Council display will still go ahead as planned.
Taking place on Sunday, November 8, at the Jubilee Centre, the display run by Kimbolton Fireworks is free to attend.
Collections will be held on the night to raise money for Mayor Mark Forsyth's charities, which this year are the British Limbless Ex-Serviceman's Association and the Bristol Dyslexia Centre.
Ample parking is available at the Willow Brook Shopping Centre and gates open at 4.30pm for a display starting at 6pm. Hot food and drinks are served from 4.45pm.
A spokeswoman for the council said: "The display is always popular and we hope this year to have a better turn-out than ever."
