Market trader Michael Johnstone has told a jury he did not grope a 14-year-old girl at his home.

Johnstone, 59, who traded cheap sweets from Kneller Close, said the youngster's claim that he kissed her and put his hand under her top was simply untrue.

He denies a charge of sexual assault. The case continues.
