Police at the scene of Sam Riddall's death
Hannah Saaf, the 27 year-old owner of the car involved in the crash that killed Sam, has not been seen since the incident, and has been the subject of a massive police hunt in Bristol and the surrounding area.
Police have refused to confirm whether the woman arrested is Saaf, a mother of twins, and a former Millfield School pupil.
A short statement from the Police said: "Officers investigating this incident would like to thank the media and the public for their help with this case."
