Tytherington Rocks on a revenge mission against Fairford
TYTHERINGTON Rocks' bid to finish inside the top two of Division One West is becoming increasingly difficult – through no fault of their own.
Gary Powell's men have won five league games in a row – but postponements and cup commitments have seen them slip ten points behind second-placed Wootton Bassett.
If the Rocks are to finish in the top two, they must do so by taking small steps, and there is seemingly no better place to start than against Fairford Town, who have crept above them into third.
Fairford have played four games more and lead Tytherington by two points – and Rocks boss Gary Powell said: "It's important we beat teams like Fairford, because they are around us in the table. We don't want to let them open up a gap on us, so we need to beat them this weekend.
