Floral tributes to teenage crash victim Zoe laid near scene in Bristol
She was taken to hospital by ambulance but later died of her injuries. By yesterday afternoon, dozens of bouquets of flowers had been left on the wall of Avon View Cemetery, near the scene of the accident.
Cards left with some of the flowers named the teenager only as Zoe.
One, signed from Jess A and Chelsie B, read: "You're going to be missed by all of us so much.
"We just want to thank you for all the good memories you have given us, which we are going to treasure for life.
"Never a day is going to go by without us thinking of you.
"You are never going to be forgotten, Zoe."
Another tribute, from Natalie, Clair, Rob and Aaron, said: "Rest in peace, Zoe, forever in our hearts."
A third, addressed to a "dear sister" from Kane and Danielle, read: "RIP Zoe, I'll always be thinking of you and you will always and forever be in my heart."
The driver of the car, a 23-year-old man, was last night still being treated in hospital, where he was in a serious condition.
A third person in the Mini, a man, was not seriously hurt and walked free from the crash.
Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the accident.
Anyone with information should contact the collision investigation unit on 0845 456 7000.

“R.I.P Zoe its so sad for someone to loose there life especially this young. Zoe was obviously loved by many, and who ever you are Anon I would suggest that you get some respect and let the family and friends grieve after there loss. This loss is nothing to do with Karma, but I hope one day Karma will get you as you obviously a nasty person!!!”

“Kayleigh, I'm not saying your sister diserved to die, but however your brother was 16 driving a stolen car and he almost put another family through what your family are going through now, and that lad was just as innocent as what your sister was. But at the time your family defended what your brother had done, karma strikes once again”

“R.I.P Zoe Smith.
You'll be missed soo much!
I'm still in shock.
I remember when you first started primary school and I always used to be around yours with Kay.
And Anon, your comment isnt irrelevant right now. A young girl has lost her life and all you can think about is a mistake her brother has done & paid for.”
