Things are looking up, but keep pricing sensible
AS is traditional at this time of year, estate agents are experiencing a rush of activity as homeowners look to secure a sale and move before the Christmas holidays.

She added: "This is great news for buyers, who are getting more choice, which increases the chance of securing that ideal purchase."
But she warned: "Although there is more activity in the local housing market in October, homeowners should still ensure their properties are sensibly priced and proactively marketed by their estate agent."
