My thanks to Audrey Williams of Kingswood for her help in locating fritters.

I was beginning to think they had gone the way of the dodo, the dinosaur, Morgan sweets, Spangles, large Wagon Wheels and long, hot summers.

My wife and I visited Bakers Corner on Two Mile Hill and purchased some fritters. As Audrey says, they are very yummy. We were served by a very pleasant lady with a nice smile.
