Teens 'imitate porn scenes'
Teenage girls are coming under pressure to imitate pornographic scenes that are in widespread circulation among youngsters, it has been revealed.
A high number of secondary school pupils are accessing explicit material, with nearly 90 per cent of 13 to 17-year-olds telling pollsters they had seen porn.

Teens 'imitate porn scenes'
Most watched online or on material sent to mobile phones.
The survey was carried out for Channel 4's The Sex Education Show Vs Pornography which discovered a third of teens thought pornography was "a good thing".
It included children from schools in Bristol.
Interviews with teenagers revealed some girls were making recordings to "entertain boys" by copying explicit scenes from films.
A 15-year-old girl told programme makers how her peers record themselves imitating pornographic scenes.
She said: "Girls will do things on webcams to entertain boys."
Another said: "Once they send the picture it gets used against them. The boy will say, 'Do more or I'll show everybody the pictures'. Everyone always regrets what they do."
One 14-year-old boy said children often received pornography on their mobile phones in class.
He said: "In class you'll hear, 'Oooohhhhhh ahhhhhh' when some one gets sent porn. It happens all the time."
One in five of those surveyed said they were sent unsolicited images on their mobile phones.
More than a quarter (28 per cent) of those quizzed said they learned about sex through watching pornography.
And one in seven said viewing porn had influenced their decision about whether to have sex.
The youngsters called for more sex education, with two-thirds saying they needed more information about sex, and 63% said they didn't discuss sex openly at home.
Around 80 per cent told pollsters their parents didn't know they were able to access pornographic material.
Pollsters interviewed secondary school pupils in Bristol, Norfolk, Bucks and London.

“I think the issue here is more that its the girls themselves that are the content that is being distributed.
Years ago it was dodgy germans or overinflated americans, all good fun.
This news is about young girls (under the age of consent) performing and sending pics / vids of themselves.
That is what is wrong.”

“Given the choice, I would rather a 13/14 year old child of mine watch this sort of material, than the images often seen of children starving to death, and pictures of war zones, where people are killing each other.”

“Huh?.. What has rap music got to do with pornography?
Rap and hip-hop music have been with us for 30 years now, and porn for much much longer.”

“But Mark, one persons pleasure is anothers perversion. You're falling into the trap of making judgements against others based on your own particular morality. You don't have to get involved in S&M if you don't want to. And, maybe lay off those videos for a while, hey?”

“Bob, you clearly are an idiot if you believe "rap music" has made the porn industry what it is.
The porn industry has amassed to what it is for one reason and one reason only, greenery, money, moola, dolla dolla bill ya'll, lol.
Seriously though, its all down to money, its all good thinking I don't want my kids seeing this but what can realistically be done about it, the freedom of information (the internet) comes at a cost, anything is out there for anyone, you can also find bomb plans, any copywritten material you want, there are MANY bad points about the internet but its pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to be able to control it.
If there is money to be made (and lets face it, in porn there will ALWAYS be money to be made), then the people making millions will not be listening to "what if little Johnny sees it."
Don't all take me wrong, I am a parent myself and when my lil un is old enough I shall do my best to protect him from things like this but, its fighting a losing battle I'm afraid all, just highlighting the issue for the people that didnt already know all this.”

“If it were just two people 'making lurve' that would be no issue.
Some of this stuff is peverse and violent. All too often involves sadism, sodomy, rape etc.
I would be worried if that is where they get their ideas about sexual relationships!”

“@ Adult viewer
YOU may watch it with your wife, your choice. This is about whether you are happy for these images to be sent to your childs phone!!
What I think is sad, is that these kids are going to grow up thinking that all sexual relationships are supposed to be like the porn stars do it!! Trust me kids, not many real people have 1. That much energy and 2. actually make that much effort!!
Make sure you don't get any complexes, reality is never quite the same!”

“Bob - South Glos
I don't know what kind porn you have a particular taste for, but as I understand it, most of it is produced and distributed by business men who tend to like heavy rock music.”
