Teenager seriously injured after being hit by refuse truck
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a teenage girl was knocked off her bike by a refuse truck near a school in Westbury Park.
The girl was in collision with the vehicle near St Christopher's School just after 8.30am on Tuesday.

She suffered serious injuries and was taken to Frenchay Hospital. Anyone who has any information on this incident is asked to contact the collision investigation unit on 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
