Teen girl dies after Bristol car crash
A TEENAGE girl has died after a car crash in St George.
The 17-year-old was one of three people in a Mini Cooper which hit a boundary wall in Blackswarth Road at about 10.30pm on Monday.
The driver of the car, a 23-year-old man, remains in hospital in a serious condition.
Another passenger, a man, was able to get out of the car after the crash. He was not seriously hurt.
The girl and the man were trapped and fire fighters had to cut the roof from the car to free them.
The teenager was taken to hospital by ambulance but later died from her injuries.

“To all the people that comment on here, do not leave blaming messages or how reckless the driver was or anything else about the accident. A young girl has died and her family has their precious daughter. Never judge until your wearing the same shoes !!”

“@Bianca how is he doing today? I'm a friend of his from Barton hill and was totally shocked when I heard!? A lot of people have been asking after him. And to everyone who is claming the accident was down to reckless driving how can you say that unless you were there to witness the accident yourselves? The only people who know what happened are the ones who were in the car themselves and unfortunately a young, popular girl sadly wont be able to tell, and a young driver who is fighting for his life! I personally know the driver and have done for a number of years and can honestly say I have never seen him act reckless in a car, unfortunately I also knew the young girl who died in the accident and I am sure she would never of got into that car if she didn't trust the driver 100%. It was a tragic accident. R.i.p princess and get well soon k xx”
