Talbot's 'Dads' Army' go out
An early penalty from Jamie Johnson, awarded for handball, paved the way for AEK Boco's 3-0 home win against Talbot Knowle's "Dads' Army" in the quarter-finals of the Bristol Premier Combination Cup at Greenbank Road.
The visitors twice came close to equalising, before being sunk by a second-half double from Karim Randle.

"The total age of our back four was 155 years, with a line-up of Nick Fox (46), Kevin Poole (39), Chris Hurse (38) and Kevin Gavll (42)," said Talbot manager Mark Dite.
Roman St George Reserves won by the same score at Frampton Athletic, whose manager Jeff Thomas was disappointed with the result after an improved display by his team.
Mitch Ridd fired the Saints in front in the first half, then goals from Sam Glanville and Simon Mansfield completed the misery for Frampton, who squandered several good opportunities to level the scores.
Nicholas Wanderers cruised to a 4-0 home victory against Seymour United, with the help of an early strike by Steve Goodyear from Paul Nunn's pass. Goodyear added the second after the break, while Jon Scrase and Sam Nicholls were also on the mark.
Also through to the semi-finals are South Bristol Central, who had to fight all the way before beating Hillfields OB 2-1 with a late decider in extra-time. With regular goalkeeper John Mealing missing because of a hand injury, teenager Mitch Graham made an impressive debut between the posts for the Old Boys but had no chance of stopping a well-struck early penalty from John Miles.
Billy Fletcher equalised to send the tie into extra-time but the Old Boys faded in testing conditions at Thicket Avenue and Mike Clarke popped up with a last-gasp winner to keep SBC on course for cup and league honours.
Dean Maggs was the toast of Mendip United, after coming on as substitute to grab both goals in the 2-0 Premier Division victory at Highridge Reserves, who were a shade unlucky not to share the points.
Manager Richard O'Connor sent on Maggs in the closing stages and the top scorer netted an opportunist effort, then slotted in a penalty, awarded for a foul on Dale Attewell.
New Highridge manager Mike Kew was delighted with the gutsy display from his young side, who are still anchored at the foot of the table. "They battled well but got tired late in the second half when the goals were scored," he said.
Second-placed Pucklechurch routed Hallen Reserves 6-0 at Moorhouse Lane to stay six points behind Mendip. John Wiltshire netted two penalties and the tally was completed by Ben Gardiner, his twin brother Sam, Jordan Hume and own goal.
An opportunist John Williams goal gave Wick a 1-0 home win over Winterbourne Reserves and lifted them to third place.
Division I leaders Longwell Green Reserves extended their advantage to 11 points with a 2-1 win against Totterdown United at Shellards Road.
Martin Cox fired the Totts in front, but Adam Sims hit a second-half equaliser and Matt Jackson's late strike proved decisive.
Shaftesbury Crusade lost ground after being held to a 2-2 draw by Henbury Reserves, who staged a great recovery in the second half.
Henbury fell behind to strikes by Tom Kilbane and Benny McCarthy, but bounced back to level through Billy George and Andy Puchowski.
Craig Tottle (2), Ollie Bacon and Dan Cockram were on target as Patchway Reserves twice came from behind to beat St Mary's 4-2.
