TRAFFIC UPDATE: Congestion in and around Cribbs Causeway after accident

Traffic update for the Bristol area at 8.24am:

Queueing traffic on the exit slip road off the M5 southbound at J17, A4018 (Cribbs Causeway) because of an accident on the roundabout involving two cars.

One lane closed and the road surface is in a poor condition on the M4 Second Severn Crossing, westbound, between M4, J22 and J23, M48.

Delays on the M4 in both directions between J19, M32 (Bristol) and J20, M5 J15 (Almondsbury Interchange). Average speed of 25 mph in the roadworks area.
