Swindon's latest calendar girl
A flight attendant from Wiltshire is the UK's only representative in the latest charity calendar from budget airline Ryanair.
Swindon stunner Charlotte Oliver, who is based at Bristol International Airport, is the only Briton to feature in the 2009 Ryanair Cabin Crew Charity Calendar.
She follows a glamorous list of women, including Diana Dors, Billie Piper and Melinda Messenger, who have put the town on the map.
Charlotte, Miss September, was one of 13 women selected from more than 700 cabin crew who applied to be featured in the calendar.
Ryanair yesterday announced that Dublin Simon Community, a charity which provides services for the homeless in the Irish capital, has been chosen to receive the entire proceeds from sales of the 2009 calendar. It will have a print run of 10,000 and should generate about €100,000 Euros (about £82,000).
Ryanair said it has sent a copy of the calendar to the Spanish Agency FACUA which last year objected to airline's 2008 calendar.
Ryanair said it will continue to defend the right of women to take their clothes off, particularly when it is for charity.
