Swindon Town manager Danny Wilson has praised Hereford United boss Graham Turner for the remarkable job he has done at Edgar Street.

The two sides meet at the County Ground tomorrow knowing that defeat for either will push them a step closer to relegation from League One.

After Tuesday's excellent 3-0 win against play-off hopefuls Southend United Wilson's side will start firm favourites to inflict another fatal blow to Hereford's short-lived season in the division but the Wiltshire boss has too much respect for his counterpart to take anything for granted.

"I would never under-estimate Graham Turner's side," said Wilson.

"They do remarkably well every season and with his resources I'm not sure how he manages to do it.

"Every season he keeps pulling a rabbit out of the hat and they have not only got some very good players but also players of real quality who can turn a game.

"If we are in any way complacent we will be punished but I would like to think that will not come into the equation."

Wilson looks set to name the same team for a third successive game and also reported that midfielder Craig Easton is back training.

"Saturday will probably be a bit early for him but it is a plus to have another midfielder back," added Wilson.

The Town boss also said that once the club's future had been secured he would be opening talks with on-loan Doncaster Roves defender Gordon Greer about a long term deal to stay at the County Ground.

"Gordon has had a great impact since he arrived and you would have to be foolish not to think about a long term deal for him," added Wilson.
