Swindon boss Wilson is eager to seal transfer deals
Danny Wilson has set the wheels in motion for his Swindon Town revolution by targeting at least 'two or three' experienced players during the January transfer window.
The Town boss has compiled a list of potential recruits and will sit down with chairman Andrew Fitton next week to assess the possibility of adding to his squad before the team are back in action against Stockport next Saturday.

Wilson insists the list is 'as long as your arm' but believes that an agreement to add two or three new faces to strengthen key areas is the most likely outcome of those discussions.
He said: "The wheels are in motion because we have made inquiries as to the availability of some of these players.
"Managers are very greedy and if five or six players were to become available, I would like them all – although that would probably be a little unrealistic. I think that we will probably be looking to get at least two or three and then see what else happens after that. We need a bit of experience because when the side is struggling you want to have players who have been in that situation before."
Wilson hinted that the additions will be made through the spine of the side with a central defender, centre midfielder and a striker all expected to feature on his shopping list.
The priority, however, is expected to be an experienced head at the heart of the backline after Wilson confirmed that skipper Hasney Aljofree is to have minor surgery after damaging ligaments in his knee against Yeovil a fortnight ago. "Hasney saw a specialist the other day and they are now going to have a little look around inside his knee," he said. "It is a bit of a blow because that will rule him out for at least four to six weeks."
Wilson admits that one or two players may have to be moved on in order to facilitate his re-building plans – but has yet to make any final decisions on the futures of any of his squad.
"Maybe we will have to let one or two people go but that might not be immediate," he said. "We have had no calls about any of our players yet and we certainly won't be pushing anybody out."
Meanwhile, Swindon have agreed to allow Bath Rugby an additional month to make a decision on whether they will move away from the Rec and share the County Ground next season.
