Star entertainer Des plays Pier
SHOWBIZ legend Des O'Connor is making his way to Weston-super-Mare for a gig on the resort's Grand Pier.
Mr O'Connor, a singer and TV host, will be putting on a night of comedy, laughter and music on the pier on June 29.

He landed his first television show in the UK in 1963 and has starred in his own mainstream television show, somewhere in the world, every year since then.
Since 1967, he has been a hugely successful recording star.
