“As much as i would like to rant on about how many years i have lived in Barton Hill and how the area has improved dramatically (which is true) i do feel this spat is detracting from the story.

“As someone who lived there for over 18 years I can assure u it is not full of scum. There are some really lovely people and although I have left the area, I still go back every few weeks to see everyone. It does have its problems, the same as any area, but that does not mean all people are like that. Maybe in your area they are.”
