Smarten up David, if you want to look your age!
There was some good news at the club this week, not only after the performance against Harlequins, but with six players signing on for next season.
One of those, David Blaney, has taken a bit of stick at training after the Post reported his age was 30.

While he might look 30, he is adamant he is only 27.
As I told him, maybe a haircut and a shave would do him a favour.
There is still a good mood around the place and Paul Hull has really brought his fresh ideas to the fore.
You have to ask, though, why he wasn't given the chance before.
While it was sad to see Richard Hill leave, I think it was a good move giving Paul the reins with a few months of the season still to go.
I watched the England game last week, and while we managed to drag Ireland into a scrap, it was again stupid things that cost us victory.
Danny Care really deserves to be made a scapegoat for what he did – running 10 metres to throw in a cheap shot, was criminal.
I am not saying I have been squeaky clean throughout my career, but I have never been sent off and still like to see myself as the Gary Lineker of rugby!
