Shunt causes tailbacks on M4 near Bristol
A collision has blocked one lane of the westbound exit slip road of the M4 at junction 19 (M32) near Bristol. (12.30pm).
Police say vehicles are queuing because of the shunt.

The Highways Agency says normal traffic conditions are not expected until after 1pm.
