"There was just a group of people gathered around at first and then I saw the stall.
"After a bit of egging on from my boyfriend he persuaded me to have a go."
She added: "I'm glad I did and I'm happy with the Kindle. I bought a load of heavy books today so it comes at a good time."
The Post's promotion stall is in one of the city centre shopping centres every day at noon until Sunday.
There will be one prize worth up to £200 given away every day.
Tomorrow's stall can be found on the ground floor of Cabot Circus at around noon.
Monday's winner, Kay Hill, walked away with a 22in Samsung LED television.
The 23-year-old said: "I'm chuffed with the prize. I only came down here for lunch."
Over the weekend participants picked up a Nintendo 3DS and a brand new Apple iPod Touch at stalls in Broadmead and Cabot Circus.
