Services for Bristol dementia and stroke patients now available online
People with dementia in the Bristol area can now find information about relevant services on a new website.
The site, which is the first of its kind in England, has been set up to ensure patients, carers and health professionals know where to find relevant information when they need it.

Our Health was set up by the NHS in the South West as part of the focus on dementia, helping people to find the services that best suit their needs in the local area.
It also provides information about services to support people who have suffered a stroke and brings together information that is not available anywhere else.
