Screams from fans greet boyband The Wanted as they arrive in Bristol
SCREAMS met boy band The Wanted as they visited Bristol.
About 130 fans – mainly girls under 16 – turned out to wait for the five-piece outside Heart FM's headquarters in Passage Street yesterday. Some had arrived at 8am – seven hours before the band arrived.
They sang the band's hits, including Glad You Came and their new song I Found You, as they waited for Tom, Max, Siva, Jay and Nathan to arrive on part of a UK radio tour.
They were interviewed by Heart Breakfast's Ed, Troy and Paulina for an upcoming programme.

Fans travelled from as far afield as Devon and Dorset to meet the band.
Parents Lynne and Martin Borlase came from Exeter with their teenage daughters Josie, 18, and Erin, 16, who said: "They always seem willing to meet their fans and our mum loves them too."
The band arrived in a people carrier with blacked out windows, which drove straight into the radio station's underground car park.
After spending an hour in the studio the group delighted fans by coming out to greet them, spending around half an hour signing autographs and having their pictures taken.
