Scott Partridge signs for Weston-super-Mare

Blue Square Conference South side Weston-super- Mare have signed striker Scott Partridge.

The 34-year-old has netted 124 times from 448 appearances in a professional career that included spells with Bristol City, Bradford City, Torquay United, Plymouth Argyle, Scarborough, Cardiff City, Brentford, Rushden and Diamonds, Exeter City and Shrewsbury Town.

On leaving the professional game, Partridge joined Weymouth before a spell at Bath City.

Partridge joins the Seagulls from Unibond League side Sheffield FC, where he has scored four goals in six appearances.

Meanwhile, Weston have tabled a £2,000 bid to bring Bath City midfielder Lewis Hogg back to the club.
