Clifton estate agent Savills has been appointed by insurance group Aviva to market Kings House – a five-storey office building on the corner of Old Market Street and Bond Street.

Paul Williams, head of office agency at Savills in Bristol, said: "Kings House has good quality offices with air conditioning and secure on-site parking.

"It would be ideal for tenants wanting quick access to the national motorway or train network and is also right next to Cabot Circus."

Bristol City Council currently occupies two floors but will be moving out by the end of the year when it relocates to the former Somerfield HQ in Whitchurch.

More than 18,000 sq ft (1,679 sq m) of space is currently available, although availability will go up to 32,000 sq ft when the council moves.
