APROPERTY expert who spent much of her life in Bristol has released a new book which will help anyone thinking of buying a home to save money. Buy Your Home For Less Than You Think! has been penned by Susan Heal, who lived for many years in Southmead and Stoke Bishop.
Susan now lives in Taunton and works as a conveyancing PA for a partner in Star Legal LLP, which is based in Clifton.
Explaining the thinking behind her latest publication, Susan said: "Many of the costs involved in buying a property can be reduced or eliminated altogether, if you know how, and buying wisely has never been more important than it is now, not only for first-time buyers, but for anyone. I've bought and sold a lot of property as part of my career over the years, much of it in Bristol, and worked in conveyancing for almost a decade, so I've certainly picked up a few tips along the way.
