Pupils at Fonthill Primary School in Southmead have been reflecting on road safety.

Staff from Brunel Ford garage in Horfield took time out to talk to pupils about how to stay safe on the roads.

Pupils were given reflective wristbands to help keep them visible once the clocks go back at the end of the month.

An assembly at the school highlighted some of the dangers on the road, and taught pupils the importance of making sure that they can be seen by drivers in the dark.

Ashley Rogers, of Brunel Ford, said: "As a car dealership, we feel it is part of our responsibility to help highlight the importance of road safety."
