David Green won the latest Bristol Bridge Inn 5k road race in a time of 15 minutes 53 seconds, four seconds ahead of Yate & District AC teenager Gregg Halliwell.
Bitton's Michelle Kerfoot was top woman ahead of Yate teenager Lucy Atkins.

Competing in the Slaughterford 9, club-mate Matt Langdon came 18th in a time of 1.05.14, while Lynette Porter was the women's winner in a time of 1.06.22.
A large contingent of Bitton runners headed to Wales for the Lliswerry 8 and Ian Hoare was the first man home in 20th, clocking 49mins 17secs, while Helen Hinsley was leading woman (55:06).

The 19-year-old added four centimetres to his outdoor PB of 1.96m, which he set last summer, in what could prove to be a major breakthrough.
