Rocky the racoon predicts a win for England against Sweden
Rocky the raccoon at Bristol Zoo has predicted a win for England in tonight’s Euro 2012 match with Sweden.
Rocky made his choice after being offered three pots with equal amounts of food, one marked ‘England’, another with ‘Sweden’ and a third with ‘draw’.

Rocky predicts an England win
After a ‘rocky’ start on Monday when the raccoon predicted an England triumph against France – a game which resulted in a 1-1 draw - Rocky has once again picked England to win tonight’s game in the European Championships.
One of Rocky’s keepers, Rob Goodchild, said: “We all had our fingers crossed for the first England match, but we only gave Rocky the choice between England or France winning – we didn’t offer him the option of ‘a draw’. So this time we’ve taken no chances! Once again Rocky has selected England to win in a completely fair test, so we are all hopeful that England will be victorious in tonight’s Group D clash in Kiev, and that Rocky will prove right!”

Rocky’s prediction follows on from the success of Paul the Octopus, who correctly predicted the outcome of all seven of Germany's matches during the 2010 World Cup. Whether Rocky will have the same winning streak is yet to be seen.

“My rat, Roland predicted a draw in the last match correctly, and also prior to this predicted the result of the French election correctly. This time he is saying Sweden will win, (but he is a bit biased,as he lives in an Ikea cardboard box.”

“Berttheblue,
Man lighten up it's Friday - you must have had a really bad day at work!
Please take a moment to check your own grammar. Your use, or rather lack of use, of question marks is - cough - questionable.
Also I'm, not i'm. I could go on but I won't because I'm polite and I'm sure you were just carried away by the excitement of a possible England win.
COME ON ROCKY - please don't tease us with your predictions.....”

“Dear oh dear, where did that overall burning desire to lose all will to live suddenly come from?
Ah that's right its upon the latest BEP ''News Story''
Emily don't hold your breath waiting for a call from a proper newspaper wanting to employ you anytime soon will you.
This is one of many 'stories' published by the BEP in recent times that shows the papers disdain for its readers and shows why the paper as a whole is rapidly in decline.
Perhaps i'm being a little bit harsh here so I will balance it up, congratulations there were no spelling mistakes in this article!”

“I don't suppose they could get him to predict the score and scorers, could they? I could make a fortune off Paddy Power...”
