Roar talent wins pupils a chance to enjoy the city
CHILDREN from Hannah More Primary School in Bristol enjoyed a grand day out in Bath thanks to the talents of seven-year-old pupil Ilham Mohamed.
Her winning design was chosen to decorate one of the charity Lions of Bath outside the Royal Crescent Hotel.

As a reward, business advisory firm Deloitte, which has strong links with the school as it is just 500 metres away, took Ilham and her Year 2 classmates to the city to see her creation.
The hotel treated them to tea and biscuits in the hotel's dining area overlooking its famous lawn.
Colin Clarkson-Short, community investment partner for Deloitte in Bristol, said: "We were delighted to support Hannah More Primary School, especially as the pupils from Year 2 helped us greatly by providing really striking and creative designs for our Lions of Bath competition. It was important for us to be able to repay them, and we're thrilled that we were able to work with the Royal Crescent Hotel to help organise something the children clearly had fun doing, and from which they benefited at the same time."
Ruth Cochrane, the community development coordinator for Hannah More Primary School, said as well as lion spotting, Class 2 also managed to fit in a spot of celeb spotting, bumping into Gok Wan at the Royal Crescent Hotel.
