Rise in number of companies attracted to city
THE number of companies choosing a Bristol base is up by 84 per cent.
According to officebroker. com, which compiled the year- to-date data, the wide variety of space on offer is one of the biggest incentives, coupled with the flexible terms on offer. The number of new tenants exceeded the number of enquiries for space in the city centre, which fell by 27 per cent.
Meanwhile, the average office size remained constant, with a typical requirement of between four and five workstations, costing an average £245 per month each, well below the UK average of £303.
