Riddock jury still deliberating in Bristol court
The jury in the trial of five people accused of murdering Hartcliffe man Alan Riddock has spent a second day of deliberation.
Bristol Crown Court has heard 41-year-old Mr Riddock was attacked outside the front of The Park House pub, in St John's Lane, by four men under the orders of Diane Churchley, who lived opposite.
It is claimed enraged Churchley ordered her sons John and Liam and their cousins Jason and Craig Hartrey to attack Mr Riddock with baseball bats and a samurai sword in revenge for an insult.
All of the accused also deny intending to cause grievous bodily harm to Mr Riddock's friend, Jonathan Stephens.
The case continues.
